We were stuck with rooms on different floors, and I spent the entire stay running back and forth between our two rooms. The hotel didn't hold adjacent rooms for our family (after national reservations told us we should be able to get connecting rooms, which this location doesn't have, or at least adjacent rooms). Nice extended stay rooms and public areas (pool currently closed).

This hotel will eventually be a good choice for travelers looking for an extended stay hotel for one or two people, but I can't recommend it right now, as they are terribly understaffed, with a "911 team" of employees sent in from another location working long days trying to set things right. Many of the breakfast goods ran out well before the end of breakfast each morning. Maintenance did a good job, tried to replace the thermostat that night, and came back to finish the job (and get the TV working) the next morning. When I went to the desk the third time, the staffer was on the phone with someone trying to help them sort out the multiple charges they had received for their stay. When we checked in, our rooms didn't have sofa bed bedding (trip one to desk), one didn't have bath towels (trip two to desk), and one room was missing its thermostat, with only a base plate left on the wall (trip three to desk).
